ACC PRIME

Key Highlights & Terms:
• All-in-One Subscription
Once a student registers for ACC Prime, they will get access to all our online paid courses and all online test series.
No limitation on courses or test series – everything launched till now or in the future will be included.
Exception: Only courses priced above ₹4000 will not be part of ACC Prime.
 

Course Validity & Access
• Validity will depend on the plan purchased:
• Access to live classes and recorded classes:
Live classes will run as per the schedule.
If a student misses a live class, recordings will be available within 6–12 hours (maximum 24 hours).
No need to call or message the helpline before 24 hours regarding class recordings.
Recorded classes are downloadable:
Students can download classes and watch without the internet.
• PDF of PPTs used in classes will be provided for revision.
 

Course Language & Format
• Most courses are bilingual (Hindi + English).
AFO will be covered in Bilingual, Hindi and English. All three mediums will be covered.
• Some specific courses are English medium only, like:
IBPS AFO MAINS
RRB SO – Agriculture, Financial Awareness, Computer
• For English medium courses, students can contact the helpline numbers for details because limited courses are available in English medium.
• Quants, Reasoning and English classes will have content in English, but explanation will be in Hindi.
 

Refund & Policy
• No refund policy – Once purchased, the subscription cannot be refunded.

Books & Printed Material
• No PDFs or printed books (9th or 10th edition) will be included in any course or ACC Prime.
• Printed books must be purchased separately.
• Printed material like test series or other resources are not included in ACC Prime.
• Special discount:
Students with ACC Prime will get 10% OFF on printed books purchase.
 

Device Usage Policy
• Students can log in on only one device at a time (mobile or laptop).
• Maximum two devices can be linked to the account, but not simultaneously.
Example: If logged in on mobile, logout first to log in on laptop.
If two devices are used at the same time, the account will be logged out automatically.
